Kelvindale AFC was formed in 2015. A good footballing side, Kelvindale always look to get the ball down and play short and fast football. Although a relatively young squad, they are well ran by a determined and passionate team, and this combination is beautifully transitioned onto the field with some exciting games and stunning goals never far away.
You may hear or see the hashtag #Monthefish – this is due to the club badge roots from the 13th century Glasgow tale of the salmon and the ring on the City Crest.
Season 19/20 saw Kelvindale win their first trophy, The Christine Milligan Memorial Trophy, after a dramatic penalty shootout victory against Whitemoss in the GDSFC season finale.
Kelvindale play their home games in red and white, with away games played in sky blue. Home games are played at Scotstoun Leisure Centre.
